A NOTE ABOUT CRYSTALS
Stones are natural minerals each made in unique and beautiful composition containing no identical appearance to another crystal. As they are naturally occurring they will contain varying fissures and splits. We will not accept Refund, Exchanges, or Returns for a crystal due to a change of mind or due to appearance.
DELIVERY TIMES
Your order will take 24 hours to process and will be shipped 1-10 business days depending on your shipping option.
SHIPPING COSTS
Your shipping cost is determined by weight and location. Your shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.
RETURN SHIPPING
Liberate takes no responsibility for the loss of returned shipment, we recommend using certified mail when returning so that you can track your return shipment. We do not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges. Please package your product carefully with FRAGILE stickers and purchase insurance at the post office if you want to be covered for any damage that might happen.RETURN POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 7 days return policy with the exception of crystals and products that contain crystals.
REFUNDS
We allow refunds if product is received in new and original condition within 7 days. We do not allow refunds on crystals, or crystal kits.
EXCHANGES
We allow exchanges if product is received within 7 days.
