RETURN SHIPPINGLiberate takes no responsibility for the loss of returned shipment, we recommend using certified mail when returning so that you can track your return shipment. We do not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges. Please package your product carefully with FRAGILE stickers and purchase insurance at the post office if you want to be covered for any damage that might happen.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 7 days return policy with the exception of crystals and products that contain crystals.
We allow refunds if product is received in new and original condition within 7 days. We do not allow refunds on crystals, or crystal kits.
We allow exchanges if product is received within 7 days.
